✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging intact.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Please contact us before sending any items back to obtain the correct return address and instructions.

📦 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a full refund or free replacement and cover all shipping costs. You will not be asked to return the item in most cases.

💙 Change of Mind Returns

If you'd like to return an item due to personal preference (no defect or quality issue), we're happy to help. Please note:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

⏱️ Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment are eligible for a full refund, processed promptly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process above instead.

💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

• Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
